In the next step, we have to fill Builder/Developer project details like Project Name, Project Devloped By, Project PAN, District, Taluka, Village, Urban/Rural, Corporation, Location, Sub Location. All this information should be shared with us prior to start eRegistration onboarding process. Builder has to share the ASR Rate for the Project/Property with us prior onboarding, then we will fetch the extact e-ASR Rates from the eRegistration portal based on Sub Location and Survey Number. The rates should match extactly otherwise we have to proceed with the e-ASR rates populated by the system. Post that Seller details are filled with Name, PAN, Address, Designation etc.

We will create the template for your agreement draft in default style provided by the eRegistration portal. All the dynamic fields will be appended or imported in the draft. And then we will upload the supporting fixed documents like RERA, Plan, Satbara, Resolution etc. And then it will be submitted to JDR office for approval. Approval will generally take one to two weeks. Post that we can start with the Purchaser eRegistrations at your own office.
